ホストサークルは｢ホストファミリーのサークルバージョン｣と考えていただければイメージがしやすいと思います。サークルとは、スポーツ・音楽・研究などで同じ目的を持った学生が集った団体です。早稲田には数千ものサークルがあり、ほとんどの学生が参加しています。
留学生の皆さんには、サークルにゲストメンバーとして加わり、「早稲田祭2007」の発表に向けてサークルのメンバーと一緒に活動していただきます。｢早稲田祭2007｣運営スタッフは参加される留学生の皆さんの募集、各サークルと留学生との組み合わせやその後のサークル・留学生のサポートをいたします。
To imagine it, Host Club Activity is a "club version of the host family." Clubs are groups in which students gather by each of their goals, such as sports, music, studying and so on. In Waseda University, there are about thousands of clubs and almost all students join one or more of them.
International students will join the club activities as a guest member until "Wasedasai 2007" with the original club member. "Wasedasai2007" management staff will recruit, send international students to the clubs and support both of the club and you afterwards.
○スケジュール（Schedule）
現在のところ、以下のようなスケジュールを予定しています。
At this moment, we are planning our schedule as follows.
〜10月５日：留学生参加者の募集及び配属
~October 5th : Recruiting international students and assignment.
各サークルには先着順に留学生の皆さんを受け入れてもらうことになっています。皆さんが参加したいサークルの希望を調査し、｢早稲田祭2007｣運営スタッフがサークルの要望と照らし合わせながら、組み合わせを行っていきます。希望していただければ、サークルとの面会の場を持つことも可能です。
There will be several international students in each club by first-come-first-served basis. We, "Wasedasai2007" management staff, will investigate which club each international student wants to join, and then adjust international students with the club. If you desire, you can have a meeting with the club.
10月８日〜11月２日：各サークルでの活動
October 8th~November 2nd : Club activity
各サークルへ留学生の皆さんに入っていただき、｢早稲田祭2007｣に向けて活動していただきます。実際の活動に関しては、各サークルの指示に従っていただくことになりますが、１週間に１回程度皆さんと連絡をとって状況確認や相談に乗り、円滑な活動ができるよう｢早稲田祭2007｣運営スタッフがサポートさせていただきます。
Club activities for "Wasedasai2007" in each club. There will be an introduction of the club activity and once a week, and we will support you by situation confirmation and consultation for a smooth activity.
11月３、４日：｢早稲田祭2007｣
November 3rd, 4th : "Wasedasai2007"!
留学生の皆さんは、各サークルの指示にしたがって活動していただきます。最高の思い出を作りましょう。
Let's make the great memory! For the activities, please follow the introductions of each club.
11月５日〜：｢早稲田祭2007｣終了後
November 5th~ : After "Wasedasai2007"
ホストサークルは｢早稲田祭2007｣終了と同時に終わります。その後もサークルの一員として活動されるかどうかについては、各サークル・各留学生の判断に任せるところとなります。
Host Club Activity will finish when "Wasedasai2007" ends. For the activities afterwards is entrusted to the each club and international student.
○注意事項（Attention）
※各サークルへの配属は先着順となっておりますのでお早めにお申し込み下さい。定員に達し次第、終了となります。
※Assignment to each club is by first-come-first-served basis. It is finished as soon as it reaches the capacity.
※必ずしも、第１希望のサークルには入れない場合がございますので、参加申込書には必ず第３希望のサークルまで、お書きください。
※You can not always join the first club you chose. Please write three clubs in the participation application form.
※あくまで皆さんには、サークルが行う｢早稲田祭2007｣の企画の１つに参加していただき、｢早稲田祭2007｣終了後も皆さんがサークルの一員として活動されるかどうかについては、各サークル・各留学生の判断に任せるところとなります。
※Foreign students will join the project held by each club, and for the activities after "Wasedasai2007" is entrusted to the each club and foreign students.
