Eco plates
There will be more than 100 food stalls around campus selling a variety of foods and drinks at “Wasedasai2007”. Naturally, a massive amount of garbage can be expected. So to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we ask all the participants and visitors to consider the environment as well and use eco plates that are made by scrap pulp and can be recycled after use.
Promoting Eco recipe
"Eco recipe" is an environmentally friendly recipe that won't produce garbage, such as a recipe that doesn’t use any containers or a recipe where containers can be eaten. By introducing eco recipes it becomes a chance for the visitors and participants to think about the environment and the waste they could reduce.

Environmental Staff
In "Wasedasai2007", most participating groups are required to select at least one “environmental staff” from their group. Not only will this help the collection of garbage by type on the day of Wasedasai but it will help promote consideration for the environment for the participants and lead to them working on it more seriously and with responsibility.
